Description of object /s : dark triangle shape no lights smooth
My experience -Sighting Event Details:I was out side just getting on my bike. I saw somthing funny in the sky and thought that it could be birds or a glider. But then it got bigger and bigger. as it came over me I was able to see the triangular shape of the object. I could see the lights of the city reflecting from the surface of the object. It was so silent I thought that an object that large would have to make a sound.

Description of object /s : Bright (Shiny?)
Sighting Event Details: I was still in high school at the time and was living in Cottonwood Heights, just south of Salt Lake City. I was painting the back of our house and decided to stretch my neck back to relieve the stiffness. When I did, I noticed either a bright light or shiny round object straight above me. I looked at it for a couple of minutes trying to figure out what it was. I thought it was simply just a weather balloon... and then it flew away to the East so quickly it seemed to blur out of existence. I looked for it again in the path it took for quite some time thinking I could see it. It took about a minute but I found it hovering over the mountains to the East. It was there for only a few seconds when it disappeared again. The second time it took off I couldn't tell which way it went so I went back to painting, but looked up once in a while to see if I could see it again.

Weather: Clear/Calm
Any Animal disturbance?: The dog next door seemed unusually quiet. He usually barked at us the whole time we were ever in the backyard.
Seen before? Description of past experience: Well, I thought it looked just like a weather balloon until it moved. Weather balloons don't move that quickly.
