The night of the 18th we camped on Lake Powell near Escalante canyon. We observed blueish objects (similar to halogen or led lighting) moving in formation and hovering alone. When together they would bob and weave like insects might. To humor ourselves we shined a led lamp at them only to observe strange reactions. The objects would move eraticly and flash lights back. We saw approximately 8-10 objects this night. The 19th we saw 10-15 objects in pairs and singular. Observing multiple flashes and interactions between objects. We then shined a 1,000,000 candle light at one and it would dim from its bright blue presents and shine down a hallow light shape and light the area like a full moon. After several flashes of our light the object decended when it hit a cloud and we could seen it glow in the clouds mist then out of fear we stopped flashing our light.The activity continued for over 3 hours with constant movement and flashing. Some objects were bright and others were dim but visible. We had binaculars (10x50) and could witness the action with vivid disbelieve. Did anyone else experience this same ocurrence?

Description of object /s : It was a orange luminous blur at distance,(naked eye) luminous, multi colored, semi-cylindrical, pulsing object when viewed through telescope
Sighting Event Details: I stepped out for some quick stargazing around 2 am, when I noticed this light, this orange/yellow/ blue? blur, "thing" in the sky, It got my attention and it was unusual, seeing it up there, hovering over the mountains behind the thin cloud cover. I say hovered but it looked at times to be slowly moving, and it kinda pulsated. Wanting to get a photo of it as well as a closer look but not prepared for either, I had to run and grab my camera equipment and ETX 90 Astro Telescope from the house. I then made a mad dash to set it up, during the few minutes it took to set up my equipment, it slowly moved farther east towards the horizon. I thought, Your going to miss it...hurry.., while keeping an eye on the strange light. I took two hurried photos with a Celestron 500mm lens and quickly switched over to the 90, I managed to get only one through my ETX 90, For a total of three photos, but I have to say that just viewing it through the Meade made one hell of a difference! even if only for a minute or two, this unusual orange light seen with the naked eye wasn't much to look at sort of a blur at the distance., but through the 1250mm ETX 90, well,,, it got real and interesting fast! Its was really strange and quite beautiful.
It looked somewhat like a rounded peanut with a bright straight line going through it and leading a bit out of the front. smooth, no hard edges other than this line or stripe, no lights, the light seemed to come from inside it, glowing softly and evenly, it almost looked alive! with its pulsating effect or breathing like motion. but its bright line never wavered and remained straight. It reminded me of a 'Rod' in a way, with its slight swimming or alive look.
It faded quickly away as it moved? faded? vanished? to the east in 5-10 seconds.
I waited to see if it would appear again but it never did.
I would have to say....yes. IT WAS AN UNKNOWN.
I'm kinda bummed that I only got one photo of it through the telescope before it moved beyond my tracking it or before it made its quick disappearing act. I'm pleased that the one close up photo turned out, At that distance I was pushing the limits of getting a good close up photo of it with its stripe or luminous line. (ETX 90) And some with a reference point in the frame. (500mm)

Description of object /s : Dark colored triangle with a light at each point. Large, unable to gauge size but appeared large. It was flying very very fast, and much lower then airplanes. Completely silent, flying as low as it was we should have heard something from a jet.
Sighting Event Details: My wife and myself, along with two friends went outside to smoke. between 10:30 and 11:00 PM on march 14, 2004. I was watching the sky as I always do, when I saw and pointed out a large triangular object flying very vast and low above our heads. at first I thought it could be a military craft, but it was very low, and completely silent. It had a light at each point of the triangle, but they did not flash or change in anyway.

Description of object /s : it was off at a distance but my wife and I could tell it was a UFO because it was appearing then when a plane went by it would disappear and it would move side to side and then it stopped and hovered for a while then when another plane got near it would disappear and when the plane was gone it would appear again my wife and I could tell it wasn't no star because it was very cloudy last night and the clouds were blocking out the stars I did see a beam of pure white light shoot down from the UFO and lifting something from the field into the UFO but I couldn't tell what it was because it was a little too far too see what it was but I could tell it was lifting something up into the UFO on the beam of light

Description of object /s : it was an bright white and yellow shaped disk along with a triangle shaped UFO right behind it hovering right ahead of us over the highway and then it moved left over the field for a while so my wife Angie and I pulled over and our dog started to howl and barking and showing his teeth at the objects and then when I looked out the window to the car again the UFOs moved towards the highway again then towards us then it shot back towards the field and this time it shot a beam of light down towards the field both the disk shaped and the triangle shaped UFO shot beams of light towards the field and then it hovered for about 10 to twenty minutes . my dogs was still acting weird barking and howling. but when the objects started getting closer for a second time my dog shilou started yelping like he was getting hurt and then the objects just shot across the highway right across the car and then stopped on the other side of the highway and then it shot towards the mountains in East Carbon and disappeared me and my wife are still kinda shaken up from it very much and at night my dog goes straight to my bedroom window and looks up in the night sky before he lays down to go to sleep.
Sighting Event Details: my wife and I was going the back way to Willington to visit some friends of ours and Angie (my wife) pulled over because our dog was barking and howling like crazy and we happen to look out the window of the car and that's when we seen both UFOs the disk shape and the triangle shaped UFOs hovering over the highway and then it moved towards the field and then it hovered for a while over the field and then it moved again over the highway right infront of us and then again it went back over the field and this time both UFOs shot a beam of light towards the field and my dog was acting really crazy barking howling and showing his teeth at the UFOs and then the UFOs moved back towards the highway and towards us that's when my dog started to bark more then he was yelping like someone or something was hurting him then then the objects went back over the field and then shot over us to the other side of the highway to the other field and then they shot another beam down towards the field and then both objects shot towards East Carbon and towards the mountains behind east carbon and disappeared and since then at night before my dog lays down to go to sleep] he goes to my bedroom window and looks up towards the sky and then he lays down beside me and my wife on the bed and goes to sleep and all three of us are still kinda shaken up from the sighting I still have nightmares off and on from the sighting.

update: MORE- 1/24/04 this sighting angie and I had was scarier then all the others we hade that we reported because both UFOs flew across angies car it was close very close when the both objects the disk and the triangle flew across it was so close that I could almost see windows on the triangle abject and I knew they were disk shaped and triangle because when they flew across the car the light kinda blinded us for a moment but when it took off to both fields I could see the shapes I have more detail in our UFO report that angie and filed on daves website and our dog that angie and I hade with us went berserk barking howling and yelping and the radio went wild and the road signs went wild too shaking like crazy . Ryan this sighting that angie and I hade was very very scary since the sighting I hade nightmares of it off and on and at night my dog looks out the window towards the sky before he lays down to go to sleep.

Description of object /s : 5 huge round sphere's with a metallic silverish color and bright light one each one kind of illuminating during sunlight.after they passed over I later noticed one all alone over west near Rose park area.west of the 6th north over pass.
Sighting Event Details: I was driving to work around 6:20ish I left home drove down to 600 north on 300 W as I approached 400 W I notice five huge bright lights I stopped at a red traffic light. As I was waiting I keep trying to figure out if these were just some regular aircraft. Then as they came closer I realized there were five huge,bright sphere objects the two objects over the three, the two on top moved like bouncing balls a couple of times then stop bouncing, but was still moving East bound. The three on the bottom were moving quickly east bound more steadily. I tried to use my cell phone to make calls but my phone would not work I tried at least four times to call some one to look at what I was seeing.Then I notice I had sat through the green light there were other cars behind me they didnt honk,I am hoping that saw these too. These objects then disapeared over or near city creek area. I then started driving again and stoped at another trffic light to enter the freeway on the 6th north over pass when I notice another sphere shape light by itslf that sat over the Rose Park Area or west in that area. West of the 6th north over pass.

More: 05/27/2004 Did any on see anything like 5 white light balls about 6:30 am they were flying together they were flying low because they seemed so huge coming from the west from rosepark . I was driving west over the 6th north over pass to get onto I-15 and these globes in the air so huge and bright and metalic were flying over from the west going east. I at least seen these objects for about two minutes or more but it is the first time I had witness something so odd for the longest time. I know now that I saw what I saw and as soon as the globes disapear over the east horizon near the city creek canyon I saw one globe on its own over rosepark area by it self.
Please let me know if any one else saw this i tried to point it out to other drivers i think they saw they same thing since I sat through the green light and no one behind me honked. So all together i think there were six.
Let me know its any one else saw these I feel alone in accepting what this was. But I know for fact I saw what I saw.

My Mom and sister saw what they thought was a UFO in Salt Lake City on the 5/20 . She lives in West Jordan but she thought that she saw 2. She was with my mom and brother inlaw at the time.
Description of object /s : The closest aircraft I could closely describe it as would be a B-2 stealth bomber. It was shaped like a V, with 3 large lights on its underside. The lights were all on the left side, one at the nose, middle section of the wing and one at the tip of the left wing. The lights emitted a yellowish glow. It flew totally silent. The flight path ran from south to north, roughly over the Great Salt Lake.
Sighting Event Details: I was outside on the deck looking out toward the west. Eariler, there was a power outage for an hour, and around 10:10 power was restored. While on the phone with a friend of mine, at 10:40PM the object suddenly appeared in the western sky. It made no sound and was flying low at my estimate of around 2000 feet. It didn't fly over head, but rather far away - more like 2 miles. After about 5-10 seconds the silhouette faded suddenly out of direct sight.

Sighting Event Details: Was standing behind my house taking a pee and the object just out of nowhere hovered over me about 50 feet in the air. about 10 minutes later i was just taken into the ship. the creatures looked just like humans. they told me that the end was near and that i should tell people to prepare for bad times to come. they said that Jesus died for the sins of mankind and that the only was to the Father was thru His blood that was shed on the cross. then, they empowered me with powers that i don't really understand totally and then released me.

Sighting Event Details: I was looking east toward the Wastach Mountains as I do every morning. I noticed a foil type object floating up the mountain side. which I first though was a piece of foil caught in the currents of wind. But, when it got up to the top peak of the mountain, it shot across south to the next mountain peak which is approx 10 miles,and then went straight up and in a matter of seconds was out of sight.

I was out taking photos of some property in Oakley, UT and I noticed a disk shaped saucer in one of the photos that was taken around 15:30 on 4/27/2004. It was kind of blured like it was moving at a very fast speed.

Sighting Event Details: I was outdoors looking at the stars, as I always do before I go to bed at night. Dharma and Greg had just ended, so it was about 11:30 when sighting occured. As I looked at the stars it appeared as if two of them appeared out of NOWHERE and began to move north, smoothly turned east, then headed north as the two objects faded in to the distance.

Details: I was just standing in the middle of a small gully when these thre lights just appeared around a peak. They came and just sat directly in front of my path. I thought that it was a helicopter looking for some one but it didnt sound like
one or act like it was under human control. I just stared at it and waited for it to do something when it started to jump around and move towards the NE when the lights slowly went out.

Sighting Event Details: I was just alone in my truck's bed thinking about some things and then I spotted the mysterious purple light moving across the sky. It was moving probably 2 mph. It was a clear night so I knew I just wasn't seeing things. It was very interesting to watch.

I seen something flash by us out of my right eye, I was driving and she was the passenger she seen it as well. we continued to stare out the passenger side window when it stopped and hovered for a few minutes, It then shot off the opposite direction at a incredible thrust of speed it reappeared in the distance and then disappeared all together.

Sphere with left side lit by sun and slight bright line outlining the right
Looked like a ball. White on the side the sun was coming up on. Barely visible at times and at other times could see the shape of the ball. I was in clouds at first with blue sky in the background but the clouds went northeast and the ball went west and then up in the sky. Many clouds floated by but it stayed in the same place for a long time. It was definately a sphere.

Sighting Event Details: coming down Daniel's canyon and notice object in the sky first I though it was a plane but then it was changing directions very fast up down and sideways. Watch it fly around on both sides of Daniel canyon then it flew east and I continue to S.L.C.

Two triangular shaped silent translucent white objects seen gliding in night sky.
I was standing outside and something in the sky caught my eye, at first I thought it was geese heading south, but as I looked up I realized it was actually a large transparent triangle/boomerang shape with whitesh front edges gliding from North to South. It was about the size of a house from where I stood and could not have been more than 200 feet off the ground, traveling at about 50 mph. I shouted at my friends and they caught a glimpse of it as it headed over the trees and disappeared. There were no clouds and it was a completly clear night.
We were speculating about what it could have been for about 10 mins when we saw another smaller object heading in about the same direction. It was made up of two smaller white triangles and one dark. It was about the same altitude as the first but one third the size. It was traveling more than double the speed of the first and both objects were completly silent.
We searched the sight and found a VERY similar sighting in may of this triangular object in Kent, WA
There were four of us in the front yard Me, my wife, and 2 cousins. We are all in our early twenties.
We were just going to our homes from my mother’s home, which we visit every Sunday to play a game of Risk,
when we found my sister had left her keys in the car. So one of my cousins took the key out and put it on the
doorstep because the house was locked behind us.
Then my other cousin pointed up at the sky and my wife and I saw this transparent triangle shape.
It flew heading North to South. I could make out the edges because the transparency did not go all the way to Witness rendering of object
the edge. It was kind of just fuzzy on the edges. The object made absolutely no sounds. There seemed to be
no emitted light. The sighting lasted all of about 2 seconds before it disappeared from view behind some trees. The cousin who was putting the key on the doorstep did not get to see it there was a porch awning in the way. He ran out after we all said "what the hell is that?". He thought we were lying. After we all described what we saw and speculated what it could have been, we decided to stay there a few minutes to see if it would come back. The cousin that did not see the triangle went out to the middle of the lawn and started running in circles staring at the Big Dipper. Then he all of a sudden stopped and pointed up. A smaller triangle had appeared in the sky and was headed from North to more Southeast. It looked more like 2 shaded triangles that may have been linked by a transparent piece or something else. This one had more speed and disappeared into the night sky. At first we thought this one was just ducks or geese, but then realized that they usually make noise when flying and do not fly in such a perfect formation. The cousin that had not seen the first one, now believed us. We stood around and speculated on this one too, we all drew some pictures of what we thought both looked like on the hood of my sisters car, in the dust that was all over it, and the pictures turned out pretty much identical. My younger brother, age 15, heard all the noise we were making and looked out his window. We motioned for him to come down stairs and he did. We explained this all to him then went back to watching the sky. We waited to see if another would appear but after about 20 minutes we decided it is time to go home. All we saw in the 20 minutes was 2 Satellites in the sky right above us. One went north to south the other south to north.
None of us have ever seen anything like this. We all agreed on the shape and transparency of the triangles. We also all agreed that they appeared to be paper-thin. They made no noise at all, and also made no apparent air disturbance that we could feel or see. The night was perfectly clear. Not a cloud in sight or on the horizon. We also could not see the moon in the sky, it might have not risen over the mountains at that point. Sighting Event Details: We were stargazing on the top of some land that a friend of mine owns when we sighted the craft east of us, and we watched it float over us, then it rotated slightly and disapeared, it was totally black, and silent, until right before it dissapeared it made a slight whirring noise and was gone.

Additional information: Update: 10/04/04 - Dave, Hello my name is Zac, I'm by no means a believer in aliens, ET, or anythings else of the sort. But that view may have been challenged a few weeks ago. I was in southern Utah near Capital Reef National Park, visiting
my friend Randy after his recent marriage, I was staying with his family for the night and was planning on leaving early the next morning. One of Randys younger brothers suggested that Randy, his new wife and I go up to a little piece of property to look at "the amazing stars" He was convinced that I had never really seen the stars owing to the fact that I come from Utah county and all of the light pollution really prevents much good viewing of the stars, so thinking it might be fun to try and brush up on my rusty astronomy skills learned in High School we set out. we were on top of the ridge by about 12:30 am and were lying on the hood of Randys car, when I looked over and saw a very large trianglular patch of sky that was missing stars, so I asked Randy if I could borrow the binoculars I looked over and saw that there where three lights under the large triangle, it wasn't making any noise. but was silently making it's way across the sky towards us, I pointed this out to him and we all froze unable to move because of sheer morbid curiosity. it floated right over us. Shortly after passing over the top of us where we could really see the lights quite well, and only a very dark triangle, it made a strange turn in the air, and the lights turned from us so that all we could see was the shifting shape of the black triangle, the we heard a strange kind of whirring noise barely perceptible, but it was low, and you could feel it in the center of your body, then it was gone. I know it sounds crazy and we asked a few of the other people in the town if they had ever seen anything strange most said no, others said that sometimes there are silent black triangels that dissapear, none of them really seemed worried or cared much about it. Is that strange? I thought so, so I was looking for information regarding this phenominon, and found your website, most of which I must admit I am very skeptical of. V-shaped craft with dimmed "mini-lights" around it.
I stepped outside to view the stars with a friend.I was showing him Leo.He grabbed my shoulders and turned me and said "Oh my God" look at that!I turned and saw a v- shaped craft with very dimmed lights all the way around it, traveling rather fast across the sky. We watched it until it went past a street light and we could not see it any further.It was the strangest looking craft I have ever seen in the night sky. It was as if it were a bird or other object with wings yet it had dim lights .

I was just standing in the middle of a small gully when these thre lights just appeared around a peak. They came and just sat directly in front of my path. I thought that it was a helicopter looking for some one but it didnt sound like one or act like it was under human control. I just stared at it and waited for it to do something when it started to jump around and move towards the NE when the lights slowly went out.

On about July 17, 2004 two motionless sphere crafts appeared on film where a white cloud masked them to the naked eye after sundown.
((name deleted)) took an incredibly clear picture of the two spheres after the sun went down. She actually meant to take a picture of a strange white cloud which lingered after sundown. But clear, detailed spheres, not the cloud appeared in the final photograph.
Sighting Event Details: We were just visiting Park City Utah last week. Thursday 15th, evening around 8:30pm, we were driving towards downtown when we noticed a flat dish moving in the mountains above town. It moved slowly to the right at first and then moved back to the left quickly. We lost it as we passed behind a building. It was large and transparent. When looking at your sight, it resembled the cloud ship.

Description of object /s : Perfect Sphere. It was dark outside when I saw it. It was black, i would say. After a few minutes of watching it, I saw a light come out of the center of the sphere. it was yellow. I'm not positive if it was a beam or not.
Sighting Event Details: I was outside, it was weird weather outside. I was outside of my door in North Ogden. To the left of me it was cloudy and there was lighting. I mainly went out there to watch the lightning. The center and right of the sky was clear, so the moon was visible. The object just sort of appeared in front of the moon. It went back and forth on the little yellow sliver of moon that was left. It started at the bottom, and kinda zig-zagged up to the top of the sliver. then it just, disappeared. I'm not sure where it or how it left/went. It was just gone. Before it disappeared, it opened up in the exact center of the black sphere. it was a little yellow circle. I'm not sure if it just opened up, or if it was a beam or light coming out of it. There was only one.

Height / Altitude of Object: 1.500-2,000 ft. I'm not quite sure. It was in front of the moon, so I don't know how high that is.It was fairly big for how high it was though.

Estimated Size of Object: It was in front of the moon, the moon was almost gone when it happened. only a little yellow sliver was left on the right side. But you could see the full size of the moon. It was about 1/3 the size of the moon. mabye a little bigger.
