Subject: hello, i need help with a photo
hi my name is charles and about 5 months ago i took a pic in cancun mexico over a balcony and just recently i thought to myself hopefully maybe somebody can tell me if this is just a bird or plane of some sort. but i dont think its a bird cause its to high up there to breath or a plane either.can you direct me to the right place to get this examined by professonals or could you guys give me some answers? heres the photo thanks a bunch!

Charles,
I have examined your photo and from my analysis I am unable to determine what the object is.
To little detail was recorded in the photo to make a close up 'interesting' or that would place it into a 'known' category. It does not look like a bird (from the shape)
No reflective properties, vapor trail, lights, or markings are noticeable.
It may be a "non existent" craft or "black project" plane but that is just a guess.
All to often 'UFO' photos cannot prove one way or the other what the object is, and are labeled "Inconclusive" meaning it is currently impossible to determine what the object is. Therefore making it a UFO (Unidentified Flying Object)
Attached is your photo with a close up insert showing the object with more detail:
NOTE: the close up is enhanced (zoom,contrast,brightness, de speckle filter,& minor sharpening) using Adobe Elements- Paintshop Pro 7 & Picture It Express programs.
I hope this answers some of your questions, and I would like to thank you for sending it to us for examination. mind if I post it with your info on our website? please let me know.......

Well Dave one thing is right, and that is the place he took it from... Mexico. As you know they see lots of UFO's there and have done for a long time now. It's hard to put pixels 'back into' the picture to make it more sharper though. You did a good job with it.
